As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Valerie also is a Florida State Certified Addiction Specialist (CAP) and specializes in providing individual and family therapy to those suffering from addiction and other related mental health issues. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Valerie’s extensive experience in addiction therapy has enabled her to assist clients in identifying the underlying causes of their addiction and develop personalized treatment plans designed to meet their individual needs. Valerie understands the importance of addressing all aspects of a person’s life, including their physical, emotional, and spiritual health, in order to create a successful recovery process.
